energystore has officially launched the energystore Academy, a new energystore Group development programme designed to cultivate future leaders and strengthen leadership capability across the organisation.
The first cohort brings together five talented individuals from across the Group’s businesses, including energystore, ATS, and Northern Loft Insulation. Each participant has been selected for their potential to contribute to the company’s long-term growth and culture.
The academy has been created with a clear purpose: to identify and develop emerging talent, nurture a unified leadership ethos, reinforce the organisation’s strong culture, and embed best practices consistently across all teams.
As part of the programme, participants will benefit from a comprehensive development experience that includes:
Personal career coaching
Leadership development workshops and tools they can apply day-to-day
Structured learning assignments
One-to-one executive coaching and tailored support
The energystore Academy is being delivered in partnership with Wilson Sloan Consultancy, whose expertise in leadership development and organisational growth is helping shape the programme’s structure and approach.
