Measures under this grant include
Fully-Funded cavity wall insulation and/or loft insulation
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a homeowner
Income Criteria
A single person household with an income / pension of less than £33,000 gross* OR
Couple / Single parent family / Pensioner over 65, with an income / pension of less than £40,000 gross.
*Gross Income relates to income received per household including benefits, salary etc before tax

HELP TO INSULATE
Measures under this grant include
Grant of 40% towards the cost of Cavity Wall Insulation and/or loft Insulation (up to £650 maximum grant available per insulation measure and up to £1,000 maximum grant available for Cavity Wall Insulation - Extraction & Refill).
Eligibility Criteria
Owner Occupier or Private Tenant
Income Criteria
Available to all income levels if not eligible for other NISEP schemes.
